The Smoking Gun!

This was the first photo submitted by a contact in Eastern Europe. The photo had been residing in an individual's home for decades.

Immediately, we recognized what looked to be a 2-1B medical droid standing in the center of the photo! The individuals on either side of the droid bear arm-bands with the symbol of the Red Cross which was founded at the Geneva Convention in 1864. The Red Cross, being a symbol of humanitarion efforts and medical support, certainly adds merit to the Star Wars stories about similar droids performing medical/sergical functions.

To our knowledge this is the first public display of this photograph. The exact date, names, and location are currently unkown. If you have any information about this photo please contact us.
